  • We don’t take substances to access expanded states in this practice. This is a guided journey of opening the body to receive the medicine of the energetic field.

    Energy is activated and facilitated through movement, adjustments to the posture, breath, voice, mantra, archetypes, numbers, and invitation.

    We are cultivate rooting, integration, capacity expansion, and resilience.

  • This work integrates the multidimensional somatics practice with hands-on, participatory bodywork.

  • Horses carry potent medicine. The field of the herd is difficult to describe in words. It’s a highly reflective, heart-opening space.

    Horses respond in real time to energy, to what we bring into the space, and any incoherence is mirrored. Their behavior is direct feedback on our state of being.

    I facilitate small groups and individual somatic-oriented sessions with the horses.

  • Understanding the map of Human Design empowers an experiment of aligned decision-making, in time facilitating a deconditioning process. HD has been a powerful frame and tool on my journey. I offer sessions integrating and teaching HD and energetics.

  • 1-1 and small group, intimate ceremonies with an emphasis on preparation and integration.

We have a conversation, usually over Zoom. I ask questions about what you are seeing and what is bringing you here.

I mainly listen, and receive what you bring. I might reflect or invite you to practice with me.

If there’s alignment after this session, we can commit to three sessions.

The three sessions might be one type of session or a combination, depending on what feels right.

Maybe you feel complete after these sessions. Or maybe we continue.

$900-$1100

a season of transformation

If there is synergy after the initial sessions we may continue with a full season of transformation work. We commit to weekly sessions, or a longer-form ceremonial session each month, for four or six months.

These sessions may be remote, in-person, with horses, or a hybrid. We will create the roadmap together.

  • I hold spaces of inquiry and exploration for truth to emerge.

    People often connect with me in times of change. They’ve heard a call, or maybe just a whisper, that something is ready to shift. They may be in an initiation like a breakup or facing a repeating pattern that they can now see and are resourcing to transform.

    Or, they just want to be seen and felt and inspired in their life process.

    I hold a lantern, a compass, and a map in dark places, and reverence for your path. I don’t save anyone because there is nothing to save from. You are doing it, and you are not alone—that’s the main message I transmit. I see the gift and potential of where you are.

    The fire of initiation is an opportunity to reorient. It’s a threshold one can step through into a new paradigm closer to God, if we choose to. There is no guarantee. We have to make the choice, again and again. This requires will.

    Sometimes we need the holding of someone who has been there, to enter certain rooms.

    This journey is uncomfortable, agitating, and disruptive. It is the path that will bring up all shadow. It’s a journey of descent, fire, and being forged. It’s not easy, and it is never complete. This is the work.

    I’m enlivened in this process. There is nothing more beautiful to me than witnessing a person going through an awakening on this path. Turning on.

    I support and empower people on this journey. This is what I am here for.

    I have a gift of touch and working with the body, of luminous witnessing, and I carry a sharp sword of truth. I am oriented toward the horizon, and I will guide you to orient toward it as well, if you know you want it, and you invite me in.
